Kanu Priya is an internationally recognized Indian Television Personality, Entrepreneur, Conflict Management Expert & Spiritual Seeker who has been an essential part of the television media industry for more than two decades. Best known for her Spiritual Talk Show; Awakening with Brahma Kumaris.

 

She is the Founder CEO of Gul Guncha Arts, A Media Production House which has been creating thought-provoking serials, documentaries, short films and awareness-based talk shows for the past 10 years; and Founding Director of Global School of Media Crafting, A New Age Media School.

 

She has immense faith that the children today will be the ushers of a brighter tomorrow. Since 2010, she has been actively interacting with students across the country, providing them with an outlet to put forward their ‘Questions’ and equipping them to reach the ‘Desired Solution’ by the means of her popular youth-based television series – ITZz MY LIFE and its sister workshops, being conducted throughout Delhi University, IP College and Private Institutes.

She has worked extensively in the field of ‘New Age Parenting’, her one of its kind, Parenting Show – Call Mitra aims at reaching out to the parents and trying to unmask the real face of their confused, scared children, not to punish or judge them but to help them heal and guide the way.

 

In association with Call Mitra, began the New Age Parenting Seminars, now reaching the parents of top Delhi Schools, creating an environment of trust and happiness between them, by resolving their existing conflicts.

A multi-talented personality, she has excelled in all genres of media. She has a keen interest in exploring and experiencing spirituality in practical life. Her deep desire is to reach out to the world to spread the seeds of spirituality, as she firmly believes that it is the only way to heal the mind and body and experience true love and happiness.

Ojaswini Gul

Head of Business

Considered the ‘Power-House’ of the group, Ojaswini Gul has been a part of the media industry from a young age. At the age of 10, she entered the industry as a child anchor & child actor for Doordarshan, Zee Jagran, and many other productions for the same channels. She has vast experience as a voice-over artist; including the voice of ‘Nobita’ in Doraemon for more than 150 episodes, radio plays, etc.

She is a trained theatre student from NSD experts and has been teaching teacher professionally under her theatre group ‘Voyagers Theatre’ since 2010, at the age of 16; where she has been scripting, directing, and producing stage performances.

She has been a part of Gul Guncha Arts since its inception, earlier in the form of a child artist & Associate Director in many of its projects including Simply Pure Bites for Sanskar Channel, New Age Parenting for Headlines Today, Call Mitra for India Today, etc. Since 2012, she has been holding the post of Creative Director and works towards the purpose of this production house in creating Socially Responsible Media Persons. 

After completing her graduation in Liberal Arts from Miranda House, University of Delhi, she joined the company earlier as the Creative Head and now is leading the business front.

Creative Head 

A multi-talented personality, this rising star is an actor, dancer, choreographer, singer, yoga practitioner, chef, baker, photographer, stylist & scriptwriter among other things.​

 

She started her journey when she was only 6 months and modeled for a print advertisement. She continued her journey as a child artist in various shows namely Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hain produced by BBC for DD National, Dadi Ke Nuske & Organic Living for Zee Jagran, Aao Meri Khirki Mein Baitho for DD National, etc. She has also been a part of various documentaries including Khilte Hain Gul Yahan, Jeevan Chalne Ka Naam, Chota Khansama, etc.

 

This talented artist is a perfect example of beauty with brains; an avid reader, eloquent debater, and passionate student of psychology; Guncha is a dog lover and aims at creating animal rescue shelters as well as creating awareness about cruelty against animals.

 

Guncha has been an important part of Gul Guncha Arts since its inception working as a child artist; assisting in direction, production, scriptwriting, research, photography, styling & costumes; since 2017 she has been working as the Creative Writer for the company, now heading the creative front.

 

She has also been a theatre facilitator with Kanukriti Theatre Company (formally known as Voyagers Theatre Group) and has been conducting workshops for school students since 2013. She has been a part of the Actor Unveiled Theatre Group and rose to fame for her outstanding performance in Intimate Liaisons as Rani; and her self-choreographed dances including ‘Abhi Mujh Mein Kahi’ & ‘Awari’.
